TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Twitter Incorporation reported that it scores no significant increase on users in the first quarter of this year. The average growth of users has been stalled, despite various attempts to help ease users.
Twitter claimed to have around 320 million active users in the first quarter of 2016, not much of a change compared to that of the third quarter of 2015.
Twitter official claimed that they will take necessary measures, asking investors not to give up on them. Executive Chairman Omid Kordestani said that their work will need more time.
Twitter stock in the capital market also 2.5 percent short from analysts' projection. Vice President and Lead Analyst with Outsell, Randy Guisto, said that Twitter is having a difficult time in breaching India and Cina, failing to compete against WhatsApp, Apple, and Google.
