TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The National Police's Forensic Laboratory Center has released the result of the checking of the sample of coffee drank by Wayan Mirna Salihin.

The result shows that 15 grams of cyanide was found in the coffee.

"From the sample sent to the laboratory, we found 15 gams of cyanide,” said Head of the National Police's Forensic Laboratory Center Brigadier General Alex Mandalika to Tempo on Saturday (16/12).

In comparison, 90 milligram of cyanide can kill a person with the weight of 60 kilogram and it only needs four drops to liquid cyanide to kill that person.

He also said that 15 grams of cyanide equals to one teaspoon.

"So 15 grams is certainly a bigger amount than 90 milligram," he added.

Alex also said that the information was reported to four days ago to the Jakarta police for further investigation.

Wayan Mirna Salihin (27) Mirna died on Wednesday after drinking an iced coffee at a restaurant in Grand Indonesia, Central Jakarta.

Police said that a friend ordered the drink for Mirna and she was with two of friends, S and N, at the time.  S reportedly ordered and paid for all the drinks.

The police subsequently summoned the friends and restaurant employees for questioning as witnesses in the case.
