Therefore, food producers are competing to make spicy food innovations including instant noodles. Koreaboo reported a number of Korean instant noodles that are known for its hot flavors.
1. Habanero Ramen
Hanabero Ramen, which is produced by Emart, offer the hotness level of one of the world’s hottest chili habanero. A study by Scovile Units shows that the habanero is one-level hotter than jalapeno.
2. Buldalk Bokkeummyeon
The noodle is dubbed as a ‘fire noodles’ and is served without broth. This makes the noodle produced by Samyang Foods tastes hotter.
3. Teumsae Instant Ramen
The instant noodle is produced by Paldo and is friendlier in terms of hotness level compared to the first two noodle. However, the burning sensation will follow your taste buds even after the dish is finished.
4. Jinjja Jinjja Ramen
In addition to the super hot flavor, the instant noodle that is produced by Nongshim also known to have unique taste coming from combination of black sesame seed and peanut powder. The taste will make you want more.
5. Shin Ramen
Shin Ramen is also produced by Nongshim. It is available in two variants namely Shin Ramen and black Shin Ramen. Both has hot flavors but black Shin Ramen comes with dried vegetables and beef.

The instant noodle from Foodmon is created from a unique combination which is hot flavor from the ramen and rice cake called tteokbokki. It is served with red, hot broth.
7. Rabokki
Rabokki nooble is similar to DJ-DOC Jjolmyeon for the combination of ramen and tteokbokki. The noodles is served and eaten together with hot tteokbokki sauce.
