TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Vice President Jusuf "JK" Kalla expressed his support for the Attorney General Office in investigating the suspected conspiracy case of involving Speaker of the House of Representatives Setya Novanto. According to JK, The AGO as a law enforcement agency must take quick action in investigating Setya's case.
"Of course they're the only one who understands it [in detail]," said Kalla in his office on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.
Kalla said that he will let the AGO to investigate the case, which contains indications of corruption in the extension of Freeport's mining contract. Setya had also been accused of profiteering President Joko Widodo and Vice President Jusuf Kalla’s name.
