TEMPO.CO, Bekasi - A brawl happened in One House karaoke bar on Jalan Alternatif Cibubur in Jatisampurna district, Bekasi on Saturday morning (7/11).
One South Korean man was killed in the brawl.
Chief of Pondok Gede Sector Police Adj. Comr. Sukadi, said that the victim as identified as Han Ho Cool (46). He died after being stabbed by a broken bottle on the neck by his friend Kim Young Jou (48).
The incident began when the two South Korean men went into a karaoke room Number 20 at around 10.30 pm. At around 00.30 am, a brawl erupted from the karaoke room.
After the karaoke officer checked into the room, the victim was found being injured on the neck, the elbow, and the temple.
"The victim was taken by his friend to Mitra Keluarga hospital in Cibubur. However, his life could not be saved due to a serious injury on the next," he said on Sunday (7/11).
His body, he added, was taken to Polri Kramajati hospital in East Jakarta for autopsy.
"The case has now been handled by Polres because the perpetrator and the victim are foreigners,” Sukadi said.
