"We are lacking in human resources. We only have two BPK auditors to audit two trillion rupiah worth of transaction in a district,” said Harry on Monday, October 12. “Ideally, we have 4 to 5 personnel."
He added that BPK only has 6,000 personnel due to the limitation of its recruitment system. Therefore, Harry claimed that BPK plans to join force with Public Accounting Office (KAP) next year as a means to solve the manpower shortage.
