TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Skype is giving out 20 minutes of free calls to its users after the internet-based call provider experienced the worst outage of its history in September. The free call is valid for seven days after a user receives notification from the app.
The 20-minute free call can be used to make 60 local calls and eight international calls.
"Sometimes saying sorry just isn't enough", Skype says as quoted by GSM Arena.
Skype went down for many hours for most users in September, but the company has managed to tackle the problem and now running back normally.
