TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Parent stocks hatching eggs export by PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia  (Japfa) is targeted to reach 348,905 eggs.

Those eggs covers the entire year.  Japfa will export the eggs to one of Indonesia’s neighboring countries in Southeast Asia, Myanmar.

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Breeding Farm Marketing Chief Harwanto said Myanmar’s trust to import from Indonesia is due to Indonesia’s success in handling the avian influenza issue.

“Avian influenza in Indonesia have proven to drop from 2,751 cases in 2007 to 56 cases by May 2015,” Harwanto said at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, on Tuesday, Oct 6.

The go signal from Myanmar, that is willing to import from Japfa, can be shown through the arrival of its delegations in Indonesia on June 30. The trade commitment cooperation between Japfa and Myanmar is equal to 93,500 parent stocks female eggs.
