TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) special branch office on Friday, September 4, looks somewhat different from usual.
From the door entrance of the office, a man and a woman are both dressed in Betawi traditional clothing kindly greets customers and will be offered snacks while queuing.
BRI Company Secretary Budi Satria said the company has never missed Customer Day momentum which is celebrated every September 4.
“Because this is a special momentum used by BRI to appreciate and provide special attention to all customers of BRI,” said Budi.
This year, the chief of the highest issuer coded BBRI share directly came to the Special Branch Office to greet BRI customers in the middle of a transaction.
In other branch offices including the one in Hayam Wuruk, BRI Director Zulhelfi Abidin, personally greeted customers. BRI Director Kuswiyoyo also came by Cut Mutia BRI Branch Office as well as Pasar Minggu BRI Branch Office Director Mohammad Irfan.
Not only that, Senior Executive Vice President Muhamad Ali and Catur Budi Harto also participated in providing services in Rawamangun and Tangerang Ahmad Yani BRI Branch Office.
In addition of deploying its board of directors, the bank that targets low-income people also decorated the banking hall area with colorful decorations and flowers to increase the comfort of its customers.
