TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Apple had reportedly sent invitations to media to their event that will take place on September 9 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, California.
According to GSM Arena, the event will be Apple's biggest launch event in history. The auditorium has seating capacity for about 7,000 people, and Apple has never used it before.
Apple will launch the new iPhone lineup, the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus, which is rumored to be equipped with Force Touch technology within a touch screen, higher camera resolution than its predecessor, the latest chipset and greater RAM capacity.
Pre-orders for the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will begin on September 11. Furthermore, both smartphones will hit the market a week later, on September 18, for the first wave of sales. The second wave will hit the market on September 25.
In the event Apple is expected to unveil their new iPad touted to be named iPad Pro, or iPhone 6C at a more affordable price as been rumored in the last couple of months, or even Apple TV that was reportedly in development, according to GSM Arena.
