Samsung Pay to Land on Europe Soon

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta- Samsung has announced partnership with MasterCard to bring Samsung Pay to Europe, GSM Arena reported. The service allows users with Samsung’s high-end devices to pay via NFC and MST, reports said Saturday, August 1, 2015.

Card issuer will be connected to MasterCard Digital Enablement Service) MDES platform and activates Samsung Pay in the launching. As for the card holders, they will need to activate their cards for Samsung Pay service before they can use their smartphone to pay for their groceries.

Samsung Pay was previously launched in South Korea and the United States. It will arrive in other countries soon.
