TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Governor Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama claimed that it is difficult to integrate Metro Mini to PT Transportasi Jakarta. He said that there are just too many Metro Mini owners.
"They are just too many, and absurd," said Ahok on Friday June 26. “Out of 1,000 metro mini, an owner can only have two units.”
Nevertheless, Ahok still offered metromini owners to join Transjakarta. "Please join us," he said. “You are welcome regardless the bus condition, as long as it can still operate.”
Previously, Jakarta City Adminstration planned to integrate Koperasi Angkutan Jakarta (Kopaja) with Transjakarta. In fact, Ahok once stated that he would pay the salary twice the amount of minimum wage.
