BPN Launches `Ngabuburit Service` at Malls

TEMPO.CO, Tangerang - During Ramadan, the Agricultural and Spatial Ministry / National Land Agency will be conducting a public services approach by opening outlet at malls and markets.
Ngabuburit Service program in those locations will operate every Saturdays and Sundays during Ramadan starting from 2pm – 6pm or towards break fasting.
“This is to provide access services to the public in handling land documents,” Agricultural and Spatial Ministry / National Land Agency (BPN) Chief Ferry Mursyidan Baldan said during the launch of this program in Summarecon Mal Serpong, Tangerang, on Sunday, June 21.
Ferry said that Ngabuburit Service is a form of innovation service to facilitate the public in handling land certificates by utilizing Ramadan. Usually, society has a tradition of ngabuburit outside of the hose and visits shopping centers towards break fasting.
Similar services are also carried out by BPN branch offices throughout Indonesia. In addition to accelerate and approach services to the public, Ferry said, there are particular aims that the government wants to achieve. “It is to make the public aware of the importance of land certificate and other assets.”
Ferry expects that in the future, the society will realize the importance of land certificat, such as owning an identification card.
Ferry also say there is a chance that the BPN will open outlets in minimarkets and malls closer to society and hopes that the agency in regions will provide optimum services to the public.
Ngabuburit Services in Tangerang, BPN District, Tangerang City and South Tangerang utilizes this service. They open services of blocking,recording, Roya, increase in rights and checking. “There are a total of five services,” said Tangerang District BPN Chief Sudaryanto.
