Airbus Sells 50 Planes to Saudi Arabian Airlines

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – French aerospace giant Airbus is purportedly amid talks to sell at least 50 airplanes to Saudi Arabian Airlines.
The deal included 30 units of the A320 Neo and 20 units of the A330, as reported by Reuters on Monday, June 15, 2015, and was inked ahead of the Paris Airshow, which is held from June 15-19.
The deal is worth an estimated US$8.2 billion or around Rp106.6 trillion.
Earlier, French daily La Tribune reported Saudi Arabian Airlines would purchase a number of Airbus A330 aircraft.
