Jakarta Fair Eyes Rp100bn in Transaction

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Project Manager of the 2015 Jakarta Fair Indra Maulana said that the organizer eyed transaction value during the exhibition to reach more than Rp100 billion.

The target, he said, is based on last year’s transaction value that Rp70 billion.

"The target this year is higher because we are inviting more small and medium enterprises," Indra said that at the Jakarta Fair venue in Parkir Timur Senayan, Jakarta on Saturday (30/5).

Every day, he said that the organizer eyes 700,000 visitors. He also said that around 1,200 participants take part in the event and 45 percent of it are culinary entrepreneurs while the rest is multiproduct entrepreneurs.
