TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Two group of teenagers clashed Sunday in Tanah Sereal Tambora, West Jakarta, killing two people.
“The deceased are RO and AC, both are 17-year-olds,” Tambora Precint Police Chief Comm. Whirdanto Hadi Wicaksono told Tempo on Sunday, May 31.
Both victims died from stab wounds. “Based on the examination results, the wounds were caused by a sharp waepon,” said Whirdanto.
Whirdanto said the clash occured 5am by a disagreement between the two groups.
Authorities are currently questioning eight witnesses in Tambora Precint Police Headquarter. “All are underaged teenagers estimated to be in their 17s,” Whirdanto said.
Whirdanto said that before the clash, some of them were drunk.
