Govt to Auction Rp10tn Bonds

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian government will auction government bonds (SUN) denominated in rupiah next week. The bond auction will have an indicative volume of Rp10 trillion. The proceeds will be used to meet part of the 2015 Amended State Budget's financing target.
"The state bonds will have a nominal per unit of Rp1 million with three series," a release from the Directorate General of Finance and Risk Management of the Finance Ministry stated yesterday.
The first series is the SPN12160304 (reopening) with a discounted coupon payment that matures on March 4, 2016. The second series is the FR0070 (reopening) with a fixed rate of 8.375 percent, maturing on March 15, 2024. The third series is the FR0068 (reopening) with a fixed interest rate of 8.375 percent, maturing on March 15, 2034.
The auction opens on Tuesday next week from 10.00 to 12.00. The auction result will be announced on the same day and the settlement will be held on Thursday next week.
