Dutch Investors Interested in Shipyard Projects in Indonesia

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - In the past one week, Transpiration Minister paid a working visit to Europe.
In the meantime, in his working visit to the Netherlands on April 30, 2015, Special Staff of the Transportation Minister for the Public Information Transparency Division Hadi Juraid said that a number of Dutch businessmen have expressed their interests to make investment in Indonesia.
“They want more detailed description,” Hadi said through a text message on Saturday.
He also said that the Netherland’s biggest shipyard company Damen Shipyards Group had also expressed its intention to develop a shipyard in Indonesia.
The Transportation Ministry, Hadi said, had also asked investors who are interested to make investment to coordinate with the Indonesia’s Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
