TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Al Kamal Education Foundation claimed that they felt offended because its name was listed in the 'Splash After Class' bikini party invitation. Divine Production, the event's organizer, mentioned Al Kamal high school as one of the schools that will take part in the party.
"Al Kamal is a Islamic boarding school that prioritizes morality. [The party] will certainly damage the reputation of Al Kamal," Al Kamal Foundation Secretary Syamsul Bahri told Tempo on Friday, April 24, 2015.
Syamsul said that the school would immediately dismiss its students if they dressed inappropriately. Therefore, its impossible that Al Kamal would support the bikini event.
Syamsul and the foundation's attorney will study the brochure that has been circulated through the internet. Although the school has not made any decision to file a lawsuit against Divine Production, Syamsul said that the school may take legal action if necessary.
