Sriwijaya Air Flights to Run Normally during AAC

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Sriwijaya Air airline spokesman, Agus Soedjono, said that there will be no changes made on the flight schedule, amid the Asian-African Conference (AAC) on April 19-24. "Flights continue to carry on as usual," he told Tempo.
Previously, Angkasa Pura (AP) II has stated that there will be changes on flight schedule in relation to the upcoming KA. AP stated that Soekarno-Hatta, Halim Perdanakusuma, and Husein Sastranegara airport will see a number of traffic in light of the event. Apart from the three airports, Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport will lisle see similar traffic as it prepped as a parking lot for the international delegate’s plane.
AP II has also notified that that Halim Perdanakusuma Airport will experience a limit in civil flights on April 25. The same thing applied in Husein Sastranegara Airport on April 23 and 24.
Agus said that all flights from Sriwijaya Air in Jakarta departed from Soekarno-Hatta Airport. "Consumers should not fear delayed or cancelled flights," he said.
