TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesian mixed-double shutter Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir are set to play Liu Cheng/Bao Yixin from China at semifinal of 2015 Grand Prix Swiss Open, tonight. Indonesian coach Richard Maunaky said that the double need to collect points in the tournament to maintain their position in the world’s top four after failing to defend their All England title last week.

Tontowi/Liliyana defeated Jacco Arends/Selena Piek from the Netherlands in rubber game 19-21, 21-13, 21-10 in the quarter final match at St Jacobshalle court on Friday. Liu Cheng/Bao Yixin joined the Indonesians after defeating other Indonesian mixed-double Praveen Jordan/Debby Susanto 21-19 21-7.

“They are currently sit on fourth of the world rank. I want them to collect more points so they can stay at the top four,” said Richard who added that Tontowi/Liliyana do not have to win a title in Switzerland.
