BMKG: More Showers Expected over Greater Jakarta Region

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) Agency has predicted that the Greater Jakarta region will experience showers throughout Monday, March 2, 2015.

The Thousand Islands regency is set to experience moderate showers in the morning, which will decrease in intensity in the afternoon before reverting into moderate showers in the evening.

Light showers have been predicted for North and Central Jakarta from early morning until late in the afternoon, after which it will pick up in intensity in the evening.

Meanwhile for West and South Jakarta, light showers are expected to last throughout the day, before increasing in intensity in the evening over West Jakarta.

Temperatures across the capital are expected to hover between 24-33 degrees Celsius, while humidity is forecasted to be between 62-93 percent.
