TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Sea World Indonesia had finally handed over its assets to PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, as stated in the assets transfer certificate signed on February 13, 2015, said by Ancol spokesperson Metty Yan Harahap. According to Metty, Ancol will set a team to conduct an audit on the assets.
The agreement was the end of a conflict after Sea World insisted on retaining its assets since the company could not secure a contract extension. Meanwhile, Ancol wanted Sea World to handover its assets before extending the contract.
However, Metty said that the contract extension will have to be discussed further by the two companies.
Sea World Managent refused to comment on the asset transfer. Sea World marketing manager Indra Angoro Darmawan told Tempo to contact Ancol management.
