U.S. President Barack Obama (R) arrives to chair a meeting of the U.N. Security Council at the 69th United Nations General Assembly in New York (9/24). The Security Council demanded that all states make it a serious criminal offense for their citizens to travel abroad to fight with militant groups, or to recruit and fund others to do so, in a move sparked by the rise of Islamic State. TEMPO.CO, London - The Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) militants have threatened to behead Barack Obama.

The latest gruesome video also said that they will turn US into a Muslim province. The militant's threats do not stop at America, but also include a message for France and "sister" Belgium.

The footage shows a black-clad jihadist standing over a Kurdish soldier who is then beheaded. Before the execution, the ISIS fighter warns the US president, "Know, oh Obama, that we will reach America.

“Know also that we will cut off your head in the White House and transform America into a Muslim province,” the speaker said.

“We advise you that we will come to you with car bombs and explosive charges and will cut off your heads."
