Juanda Airport Under Repair, Flights Delayed

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Runway repairs at Juanda Airport Surabaya has disturbed flight schedules. "There are at least 27 flights that were forced to re-schedule," PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda Branch General Manager Trikora Harjo, told Tempo on Sunday, January 25, 2015.
The airlines that were forced to re-schedule their flights from and to Juanda Airport includes Garuda Indonesia (4 flights), Batik Air (2 flights), Lion Air (8 flights), Eva Air (2 flights), Air Asia (5 flights), Sriwijaya Air (2 flights), Citilink (1 flight) and China Airlines (1 flight).
Trikora said that the re-scheduled flights will depart from starting from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am, local time.
"We expect the repairs to be completed at the end of March," Trikora said.
