TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The repair of that runway that was peeled-off at Juanda International airport in Surabaya has disrupted the schedule of a number of flights.

For the record, PT Angkasa Pura I was scheduled to repair 7,380 meter square of runway or around 0.8 percent of the total area of the airport. The length of the damaged runway is 410 meter long and 18 meter wide.
"We hope that the repair would be completed by the end of March,” he said.
Previously, Head of Public Relation Section of PT Angkasa Pura I Bandara Juanda, Andrias Yustinian said that the runway that was peeled-off has a diameter of 15 to 70 centimeter and the condition is considered dangerous if it is not immediately repaired.
