TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, the franchise holder of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), aims to book Rp4.98 trillion in sales in 2015. Gandhi Lie, Fast Food Indonesia's general manager of business development, said the target is 14.2 percent higher than 2014's sales projection of Rp4.36 trillion.
"We are targeting a revenue increase of 10 to 14 percent," he said in Jakarta yesterday.
To boost sales, the company is set on by adding 65 new branches across country. This year, PT Fast Food managed to grab hold of 476 licenses for KFC restaurants in Indonesia. In addition, the company will increase transaction value by intensifying marketing activities.
The company has budgeted Rp240 billion to invest in 40 to 45 additional outlets next year, sourcing the fund from its internal treasury.
