IDX Lists IMPC as 21st Issuer in 2014

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Building materials producer and distributor PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk PT on Wednesday officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Taking the code IMPC, Impack's share debuted for of Rp3,800 per unit.

IMPC president director Haryanto Tjiptodihardjo said the company released 150 million public shares, which is 31.04 percent of placed and fully paid capital. Impack garnered Rp570.19 billion in IPO proceeds they will spend on business expansions and operational costs.

IDX director Ito Warsito said IMPC becomes the exchange's 21st this year. Before the year ends, three more companies have scheduled to list their shares, namely PT Bank Agris Tbk, PT Intan Baruprana Finance Tbk, dan PT Golden Plantation Tbk. With the addition of said companies, IDX will have 24 new issuers this year, lower than its target of 25.
