TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – The HTC Desire 616, the latest product of Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC, is now available in Indonesia with a relatively affordable price tag of Rp2,999,000.
“With a price of under Rp3 million, consumers can get the HTC Desire 616 that boasts a 1.4 GHz octa-core processor,” HTC Indonesia marketing supervisor Alex Pangestu said as quoted in a release dated Tuesday, October 29, 2014.
The Desire 616 is powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6592 1.4 GHz Cortex-A7 processor, featuring a 5-inch screen interface with a 720 HD resolution and equipped with a 2000mAh battery capacity.
The battery is believed to be able to last up to 14 hours of 3G talktime and 700 hours on standby mode.
The phone is 9.15 millimeter thick and weighs 150 gram, and is reinforced with an 8MP auto-focus main camera with a 1080p full HD and a 2MP front camera with 720p HD.
