TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Tottenham Hotspur player Harry Kane single-handedly starred the night when the Premier League club trashed Greece club Asteras Tripolis 5-1 in the third matchday of Europa League.
Playing at home stadium White Hart Lane, Kane scored three goals before saving the club as impromptu goalkeeper.
Kane scored one goal in the first half and another two in the second half. In the brink of total victory, goalkeeper Hugo Lloris was sent off while Tottenham had no substitute left.
Kane, having scored a hattrick, stepped in as a goalkeeper. In his debut under the goalpost, the starlet conceded one goal from freekick in what could have been a blunder for a real goalkeeper. Regardless, helmsman Mouricio Pochettino praised the striker for his astounding performance.
