TEMPO.CO, London - Arsenal is rumored to sack Arsene Wenger, replacing him with Carlo Ancelotti. According to the Daily Express, the notion floats as Wenger has shown a degrading performance in helming the Gunners, collecting only 11 points out of eight matches.
The result puts Arsenal on the seventh position in the seaons standings, far beyond fellow London club and current league runner Chelsea. Regardless, there has not been any confirmation concerning the issue from both Arsenal and Wenger.
Under Wenger's leadership since his arrival at old home ground Highbury in 1996, Arsenal have tasted Premier League, FA Cup, and even reached Champions League final. Nevertheless, many believed that Arsenal today are not the same as the club it was 10 years ago, when they celebrated the glorious year of undefeated run.
