TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Iim Zovito Simanungkalit, a lawyer representing PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol said they would re-open Sea World for commercial operational under several terms, among which is that Sea World must provide company's data, including financial data.
"That being given, we will re-open it," the lawyer said in press conference. Iim added that Sea World has never willingly jumped into discussion on its contract with. Sea World insisted that its contract with Ancol has been extended automatically until 2034.
Upon asked to when Sea World will be shut down, Ancol claimed it depends on Sea World's management. Since September 26, Ancol has closed the underwater recreational site, informing visitors that the venue is temporarily shutdown.
