TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Depok’s Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) held a special plenary plan to form a definitive board leadership structure earlier today. As the leader of the winning party election, Hendrik Tangke Allo from the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) will be named the Depok DPRD head for the period of 2014-2019.
Democrat Faction Secretary Siti Nurjanah said the plenary meeting was scheduled to be held at 9 a.m. "Today is the inauguration of a definitive chairman, and will be followed by a committee meeting to discuss the completeness order of the Board," Siti said in a statement today.
Depok’s DPRD has eight factions in which each chief has been established. The Democrat Party will be led by Edi Sitorus, the National Mandate Party (PAN) is to be led by Igun Sumarno and Muhammad Suparyono will be leading the Prosperous and Justice Party (PKS).
Next, the United Development Party (PPP) will be led by Qonita Luthfiyah, the Great Indonsia Movement Party (Gerindra) will be led by Iing Hilman, PDI-P Faction by Hermanto, the Functional Group Party (Golkar) by Babai Suhaemi and the People's Conscience Party (Hanura) is to be led by Bernhard Simorangkir.
Once the meeting is done, the committee will coordinate with the ministry. The DPRD will be established after the order is complete.
