TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Ten Arab nations have agreed to take stance in battling the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), siding with the Americans.
A United States official explained that Middle East nations are preparing to wage a war against ISIS. Moreover, he explained that the Arab nations are well equipped, ready to launch airstrikes.
Earlier on Thursday, Secretary of State John Kerry claimed that he has gained support from the Middle East to put an end to ISIS. The Arab nations include Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and six gulf nations – as well as Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Furthermore, France has declared that it is ready to join US in waging war against ISIS. It is, however, only limited to French involvement in Iraq.
