TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Manchester United ended their disappointing streak, sacking Queens Park Rangers (QPR) 4-0 in Old Trafford last night. It was the first Premier League winning for United this season, after scoring two draws and a defeat in the first three matches.
United’s new recruit Angel Di Maria scored an opener in the 24th. Another new recruit Ander Herrera added the tally 11 minutes after. Wayne Rooney caught up one minute before the break, helping United lead the match by three goals at half time.
In the second half, the Red Devils showed that they are ready for a new start in Premier League, as Juan Mata scored in the 58. Near the final whistle, manager Louis van Gaal sent in another new recruit Radamel Falcao, yet no more goal was scored.
