TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - American researchers are developing a 'robot brain' that will make robots smarter. The system known as Robo Brain is build by millions of engine search from around the world.
“Robo Brain is a large-scale computational system that learns from publicly available Internet resources, computer simulations, and real-life robot trials. It accumulates everything robotics into a comprehensive and interconnected knowledge base,” Ashutosh Saxena, assistant professor of computer science at Cornell University, said on Monday, August 25.
The information is being translated and stored in a format that robots will be able to draw on when they need it. Users can also edit or change the data contained inside.
For household needs, Robo Brain in still in its prototype stage. The application supporting it is also in a trial stage.
