TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - There are no longer mass movements to or in the area of the Constitutional Court (MK) building last night. Like an anti-climax, the verdict of the Presidential Election dispute trial was followed up with the opening of roads that was previously blocked.
"All are opened, Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat, Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan and Jl. Veteran III. TransJakarta buses are also operating normally," Deputy Chief Brimob of Metro Jaya Police Department, Adj. Sr. Commr. Gatot Mangkurat said.
Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police Department, Sr. Commr. Rikwanto requested the people to accept the MK’s decision. "Respecting the decision is a form of democracy."
