Supporters of Prabowo-Hatta Threaten to Attack MK Premises

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Prabowo-Hatta's supporters have threatened to breach in the premises of the Constitutional Court (MK) if the court does not rule in favor of the number 1 presidential ticket.
"If the court rules against us, then supporters will force their way into the court building," said a supporter from Majalengka, Syamas Fadjarudin, at Rumah Polonia in Cawang, East Jakarta earlier today.
Supporters of Prabowo-Hatta have said that MK risked being seen as an incompetent entity if the court decided to rule against Prabowo's claims. "The ruling that comes from a court whose legitimacy is in limbo, is a faulty ruling that should be overturned," said Syamas.
Around 100 supporters of Prabowo-Hatta are gearing to move towards the Hotel Indonesia roundabout from Rumah Polonia - traveling on motorcycles adorned with banners bearing the phrase 'Red and White Coalition Volunteers for Justice and Truth'. The supporters hail from Pekalongan, Batam, Majalengka and Bekasi.
