TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The office of Survey Institute (Jaringan Suara Indonesia) was terrorized with a Molotov bomb earlier today. JSI is one out of three survey institutes that declares Prabowo-Hatta's victory over poll quick count.
"The bomb was in an energy drink bottle, thrown into the office," said Head of Crime Unit of Pancoran Police, Suroto. No damage was reported as the bomb failed to explode.
"It rolled over the basement but it didn't explode as the fuse was not lit," he said, while confirming it was indeed a Molotov Bomb. "We will investigate this case."
In the morning, police have scoured the scene for evidence, as well as requesting CCTV footage from the security office. JSI itself is known for posting quick count result that says Prabowo-Hatta has won over 50.33 percent of vote, while Jokowi-JK scored only 49.67 percent of vote.
