Among them are California Roll, Genki Roll, Salmon Skin Hadrol and seaweed-wrapped Salmon. There are also various types of ice cream such as Macha Ie Cream, Ogura Ice Cream, Mochi Taro Ice Crea, Onocolete Ice Cream and Mochi Chocolate Ice Cream.
Genki Sushi also offers 50 kinds of dishes and of course uses fresh and healthy material. Rice, soy sauce, vinegar and seaweed are all made with special expertise and the green tea is made in accordance with real recipe from Japan.
Genki Sushi also aims to spread sushi "culture" to the world.
