TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - OC Kaligis, legal attorney of the sexual harassment victim in the Jakarta International School complained after not being allowed to enter the school.
"I'm the victim's attorney and still restricted to go in, let alone reporters," he said to Tempo on Monday, April 21, 2014. "[The school] is like a country inside a country. I wasn't permitted to enter."
He said that the school should be more open so he could make his own investigation into the incident, in which cleaners allegedly molested a five-year-old boy and attempted to abuse at least one other child.
Other than police investigators, representatives from the United States, United Kingdom and Australian embassies are also investigating the incident.
