TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The mother of a student at the Jakarta International School (JIS) who was sexually abused recently said there was another perpetrator molesting her child who remained at large.
She said the perpetrator was the one who infected herpes to her child.
“Because the two molesters who have been caught by the police do not suffer from herpes,” she told Tempo on Thursday, April 17, 2014.
The mother also said her child had been balking at telling her the whole story about the incident. According to the child, she added, the incident was committed by several people.
She said her child told her “there were so many, mommy.”
Earlier, a kindergarten student at the prestigious Jakarta International School was reported to have been subjected to rape by several outsourced janitors of the school in March.
The incident took place at the school’s toilet when the child went there to urinate.
