TEMPO.CO, Verona - Inter Milan has secured 2-0 victory over Hellas Verona in the Serie A match at Marc Antonio Bentegodi Stadium today. Inter’s two winning goals were scored by Rodrigo Palacio and Jonathan.
Walter Mazzari’s side was playing offensive since the beginning of the game as the first goal was scored by Palacio only 13 minutes after the kick-off. Nerazzurri did not loosen their claws on the home turf at the second half as Jonathan doubles the score for his club with his left-foot shot.
Inter Milan are now replacing Fiorentina on the fourth place of Serie A classification with two points ahead. Hellas stay seventh on 40 points as they continue to battle for an Europa League spot despite two wins in eight games since selling Brazilian playmaker Jorginho to Napoli in mid-January.
