TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Artha Graha business group is mulling the Jakarta Provincial Government's giant sea wall project. According to North Jakarta Mayor, Heru Budi Hartono, the talks on this project came up during discussion of business plans of the group led by Tommy Winata in Jakarta.
Artha Graha is also interested in two other projects, which are Disneyland-like attraction in Ancol, North Jakarta and culinary park in Lapangan Banteng, West Jakarta.
The Jakarta Deputy Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok), had met Artha Graha last week. "There is no deal yet. They only presented their concept," said Heru.
As for Ahok, he is planning to visit Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in late March 2014 to discuss the giant sea wall construction. Ahok is part of the entourage led by Vice President Boediono. "Giant sea wall also involves the central government. The vice president invited me to go to the Netherlands in March," said Ahok on Sunday.
