TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The National Army Chief of Staff General Moeldoko said he would evaluate the army's arsenal and ammunition storage, following the explosion in Tanjung Priok. "We will evaluate for future improvement," said Moeldoko.
The general said the evaluation would also apply to both new and old facilities. The army will reassess the facilities to avoid such incident from repeating itself.
As previously reporter, eighty-seven people were injured and one was killed in an explosion at the Frog Troops Command's arsenal and ammunition storage at Tanjung Priok, north Jakarta. The massive explosion caused plenty of projectiles flying around in the air, damaging the surrounding complex.
