TEMPO.CO, Bulukumba - The Bulukumba District Attorney Office’s Special Crime Division Chief Muhammad Ruslan Muin said that the state has incurred more than Rp3 billion in losses from the graft case involving the procurement of wind turbines in the district.
"The audit was conducted by the South Sulawesi Financial and Development Supervisory Agencty (BPKP)," said Ruslan yesterday, July 23.
The DA office has declared two suspects in the graft case: The project commitment maker Andi Hasanuddin and regional consultant Triman.
Ruslan, at his office, claimed that the DA has not sent the case files to the court since the archiving process is still ongoing. "The case files concerning the wind turbine is really thick so we need time to prepare it," Ruslan said.
