TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Head of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Abraham Samad said that their investigator team will soon confirm a new suspect on the Judge Setyabudi Tedjocahyono's bribery case. "We will reveal the mastermind, feel free to interpret it," he said after giving a lecture at Pasundan University, Bandung, on Friday evening, June 14, 2013.

So far, KPK has determined four suspects. Among them are Setyabudi and Toto Hutagalung, who asked his staff, Asep Triyana, to deliver Rp 100 million to Setyabudi. "But the judge and Toto were not the mastermind," said Samad. He added that the investigator team will interrogate the Bandung Mayor, Dada Rosada, and the former Regional Secretary, Edi Siswadi.

Samad also explained that KPK is still investigating the Bandung Community Fund 2009-2010 graft case which is related to Setyabudi’s bribery case. "We are still investigating it. We aren't going to just stop at the bribery case, however, up to this point, we haven't concluded anything yet [related to the Community Fund investigation]," he said.
