According to Hotma, confiscating items related to the alleged corruption in the procurement of SIM simulators is aginst the rules. The KPK should not be so arrogant as to enter the Korlantas office without permission, he said. He said the anti-graft institution confiscated boxes and boxes of documents unrelated to the case being investigated. Hotma also criticized the KPK for naming a suspect without seeking information from the person concerned. "We're going to file a lawsuit against this," he said. Since January, the KPK has been investigating alleged corruption in a procurement project for motorcycle and car simulators at Korlantas in 2011.
