Finance Minister Approves KPK Building Construction Budget
TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:Finance Minister Agus Martowardojo has approved the budget for the construction of the new Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) building. “To our knowledge, the budget has been allocated. But, there are still some remarks and the KPK needs to gain approval from related commission in regard to the remarks. The budget is between Rp60 billion and Rp80 billion for 2012 fiscal year,” said Agus after attending a plenary meeting at the parliamentary complex in Senayan, Jakarta, on Thursday. Agus also said the budget disbursal, as common practice, would have to be approved by DPR commission. The minister added that budget disbursal for ministerial infrastructure projects must also be discussed with related commissions. ANGGA SUKMA WIJAYA
