Indonesia, the Best Property Prices in Asia Pacific
TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:Indonesia has maintained its position as a star in the Asia Pacific property market. A survey conducted by property consultant Knight Frank showed stable property prices in almost all segments.
The survey revealed that Indonesia’s housing price index has increased by 3.4 percent each year and 0.8 each quarter. The figures ranked Indonesia sixth on the list for Asia Pacific in front of Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea and New Zealand.
Knight Frank said that the ongoing European debt crisis would have a negative impact on most regions in Asia Pacific and influence property prices this year.
